Do I need a prescription to get orthotics?
Yes – Your medical doctor or other health care professional is licensed to diagnose symptoms and prescribe treatment. The Pedorthist's role is to work with you and your health care professional to assess your condition and design and build the best orthotic and/or footwear solution. Note that insurance companies and other third party payers also require a prescription for reimbursement claims.

Do you sell shoes?
We leave footwear sales to a trusted group of expert retailers in the community. These retailers each have the unique expertise and comprehensive inventory required to satisfy even the most challenging foot size or shape. We do however, offer Prescription Orthotic Sandals and we make custom orthopaedic footwear. See the “What We Do” section of our website.

Do you repair or make adjustments to other companies' orthotics?
Yes – Simple repairs, like replacing worn covers, usually only take a few days and our prices are reasonable. If you feel you need adjustments to correct the function of your orthotics, you should first return to your original provider. However, we are happy to make corrective adjustments with the direction of your health care professional.
